All items are unconditionally guaranteed to be genuine. Coins purchased by internet/mail may be returned for any reason up to 14 days after receipt. Books and coin cases/trays are non-returnable except for damage. All sales are for cash payable in U.S. dollars. Foreign checks must be drawn on U.S. banks and contain bank transfer numbers. MARYLAND RESIDENTS, PLEASE ADD 6% SALES TAX ON ALL COIN SALES UNDER $1,000 AND ALL BOOK AND ABAFIL ORDERS.
As items are generally one of a kind, it is recommended that they be reserved by telephone. Coins reserved by telephone will be held 7 days pending receipt of payment. Please include alternate selections where possible on all mail orders.
All check and credit card orders from persons unknown to the firm must clear appropriate banks before the coins will be mailed. Out of state personal checks require about 5 days clearance.
Visa, Master Card and American Express Accepted: Please provide number, full name as it appears on the card, expiration date, security code , and card billing address. Merchandise can only be sent to the verifiable billing address.
Overseas orders Overseas coin orders can be shipped via either registered mail at $15.00 or via federal express for an approximate fee of $80. Please consult us for exact prices on expedited shipments. International purchasers are responsible for all local duties, tax, customs and other fees. Our insurance will cover registered mail shipments with a $500. deductible to most countries. For some countries we cannot provide insurance coverage or have additional limitations; we will advise if this is the case with your order.
For book orders, please include $9.00 for the 1st volume and $1.00 for each additional volume, except where noted, for orders within the Continental U.S. Oversized books.sets, and those of high value are shipped at appropriate higher postage amounts,. Book orders are shipped via ground ups and require a street address for processing. Shipments via faster ups services are available at appropriate, higher rates. Orders outside the USA or Alaska/Hawaii are shipped via insured airmail at appropriate fees.
Books are non-returnable except for damage in shipment or defects when received.
For Abafil orders: Shipping and handling prices for ups ground within the Continental USA(Please provide street address with order): : $10.00 for 4 or fewer trays, single mini-diplomat "1 or 2" cases , or up to 2 Petite cases. $12.00 for mini-dip 5 and Diplomat 2 cases with trays. $13.00 for "Diplomat 4" cases with trays. $16.00 for Diplomat 7 case with trays or up to 12 individual trays. $25.00 for Diplomat 14 case with trays. Larger orders are priced accordingly. Orders outside the USA or Alaska/Hawaii are shipped via insured airmail or air UPS at appropriate fees.
Abafil cases or trays are non-returnable except for damage in shipment or defects when received.
